How can I make an Appoinment?
You can easily book your appointment through our website in just a few simple steps. Once your booking is received we’ll send you a confirmation via text or email with your appointment details or the next available time slot.
Appointment Cancellation Policy?
We have a 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice the reservation fee will be charged as short-notice cancellations or no-shows prevent others from booking that time slot. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 72 hours’notice, your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment.
Late Client Policy?
Accommodating a late client is often impossible without disrupting the rest of the day’s schedule. We offer a 10-minute grace period for any client running late. If you arrive later than that your appointment may be forfeited.

Satisfaction With Your Service?
Our clients are incredibly important to us and we strive to ensure that everyone leaves the salon feeling happy and confident with their results. If you’re not satisfied because the service was not provided as agreed, please contact us via email within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note that if you’ve simply changed your mind about the style haircut, or color originally chosen — or if more than 7 days have passed — regular salon charges will apply to any adjustments or corrections.
