You can easily book your appointment through our website in just a few simple steps. Once your booking is received, we’ll send you a confirmation via text or email with your appointment details or the next available time slot.

We have a 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the reservation fee will be charged as short-notice cancellations or no-shows prevent others from booking that time slot. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 72 hours’notice your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment.

Accommodating a late client is often impossible without disrupting the rest of the day’s schedule. We offer a 10-minute grace period for any client  running late. If you arrive later than that your appointment may be forfeited.

We offer our clients a truly personalized one-on-one experience. From start to finish you’ll have our full attention ensuring your time with us is completely focused on you and your beauty goals.

Our clients are incredibly important to us and we strive to ensure that everyone leaves the salon feeling happy and confident with their results. If you’re not satisfied because the service was not provided as agreed, please contact us via email within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note that if you’ve simply changed your mind about the style, haircut, or color originally chosen — or if more than 7 days have passed — regular salon charges will apply to any adjustments or corrections.
